Head of Card and New Banking Channels Department - Head Office

1. Formulation of policy documents

- Build up regulations, procedure, guidance, form, internal notices related to card services, framework regulations on the card services; back-end system of card services and digital banking

-  Support the Business Units to implement policies, provide necessary amendments and supplements to suit the provisions of the law, the SBV and the operation of IVB in each period.

 

2. Manage, operate routine works at CNB

-       Product development:

  • Prepare annual plan of CNB product development and track periodically the review of plan performance.

  • Research and develop products satisfying CNB’s demands

  • Develop fee tariff, interest rate related to CNB products and services

  • Organize the training for CNB products and services

  • Be responsible for the efficiency of products and services and to propose the appropriate solution if needed.

-       Business stimulation and partnership development:

  • Develop regulations, programs for CNB sale stimulation, policies for specific customer group from time to time, and promote to all business units.

  • Develop and promote programs linked with partners to develop CNB business

-       Support branches, deploy sales stimulation and skill training for sales of all branches:

  • Coordinate with Business units in marketing, products sale plan and business development programs.

  • Organize and promote the training on business skills for businessmen

-       Business Management:

 

-       Employee Management:

  • Allocate KPIs to each employee of CNB.

  • Follow and manage the level of work completion compared to target and budget. Periodically evaluate the performance result of employee.

  • Manage employee and assign tasks efficient and in line with capacity of each employee and requirement.

  • Instruct, develop training plan and organize professional training course for employee.

 

Ø  Job requirements:

-       Bachelor’s degree or upwards with major in banking, finance, economics or equivalent.

-       Wide acknowledge of market and banking products related to card services and digital banking.

-       Ability of developing, deploying card services and digital banking products; implement sales promotion programs.

-       Capability for research, analysis, orientation

-       Good skills at:

  • Sales planning and implementation

  • Problem solving, decision – making & management

  • Communication; presentation & negotiation

-       Experience: At least 5 years working experiences in the card services and digital banking field and minimum 3 years in management level

-       English: Fluency, adapt well with IVB’s work of requirements.
