Business Development Officer - Digital Banking Section/ Card & New Channel Department

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Support on business and partnership development of digital banking services as assigned:
- Support Business Units (BUs) to provide digital banking services to B.Us’ customers
- Support and coordinate with BUs to launch and perform monthly/quarterly/yearly promotion program of digital banking services.
- Implement regulation for products of digital banking services, support to make adjustment for the regulation of digital banking services in accordance with prevailing circular of State Bank of Vietnam from time to time.
- Develop promotion program of digital banking products for sale stimulation, indicate specific promotion programs for group of classified customers; estimates cost & profit of the program and implement the entire program.
- Develop new products of digital banking services, ability to prepare a service requirement for coding into the card system, perform User Acceptance Testing and evaluation the products before launching.
- Research strengths, weakness and specific points of each category of the products in order to enhance the digital banking services of IVB.
- Develop and manage group of preferential merchants. Support to launch cooperation program to increase customer spending and increase of merchants.
- Coordinate with other departments to implement regulation/ policy, and develop communication event, customer partnership conference….related to digital banking services.
- Prepare report monthly/quarterly/yearly the result of business development for card products and services.
- Prepare the training program regarding digital banking services for business strategy, business plan and business tools and provide training to sale staffs/ officers of Business Units (BUs) in order to develop skills and quality for sales of digital banking products.
- Receive feedback from customers, from sale staffs/ officers of BUs regarding sale promotion programs and suggest adjustment to department head for better implementation and result of the program.
- Recognize potential risks of digital banking services and actively suggest solutions to department head to avoid of the risk that will cause damage and loss to customers and IVB.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by section head/ department head of Card & New Banking Channel Department or Director of Business Development Division.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

- Male/Female with bachelor’s degree and above in Banking and Finance; Foreign Trade; Economics or related major degree.
- Knowledge and experience on banking business and partnership development.
- Ability to understand, analyze and work with core banking system, digital banking system…. and card system
- Good skills of communication, negotiation, analysis, synthesis and statistics, presentation
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in digital banking/ card services
- English: equivalent TOEIC 600 upwards, fluent in English is a must.
