JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a PR & Branding Officer, you will join hands with the PR &Branding team in introducing and leveraging IVB brand to our valued customers. With your expertise, you will develop impactful PR & Branding campaigns aimed at increasing the loyalty and stickiness with IVB through different channels and tools.
- Execute comprehensive PR & Branding plans in line with IVB’s KPIs & timeline, ensure smooth implementation and the best possible impact, recommend adjustment if needed
- Work closely to identify PR & Branding/ Marketing needs and propose/ develop tailored solutions.
- Support the Branch in implementing programs, events promotion, products, services as assigned.
- Agency management and recommend solutions for media crisis.
- Identify emerging marketing trends and opportunities for innovation.
- Content creation for all platforms.
- Embrace new challenges: be prepared to take on other exciting PR & Branding project and campaigns as assigned. Explore further possibilities in order to enhance brand’s visibility through different channels.
- Other tasks as assigned by Head / Director of Division

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field, experience in banking and finance is a plus.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing role, implementing plans & strong follow-ups.
- Good at creative, brainstorming, story-telling, design & presentation skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and CAN-DO attitude.
- Proven professional relationships with internal & external parties, agency management.
- Proven track record of delivering results in ambiguous situations & ability to self-manage and prioritize work to deliver on key goals.
- Fluent in spoken & written English.
