Credit Re-Appraisal (Corporate) - Senior Officer, Ho Chi Minh City and Ha Noi

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

- Re-appraise all the credit proposals (including corporate bond trading) received from IVB’s Business Units/ H.O Departments for ensuring all the credit activities are in compliance with IVB’s internal credit policies and as regulated by the State Bank of Vietnam.
- Conduct Credit Re-appraisal Reports on the basis of assessment of the credit proposals from IVB’s Business Units/ related Departments at H.O and collateral re-appraisal reports.
- Review the Credit Ratings result submitted by IVB’s business units/ related Departments at H.O
- Master credit policies, internal regulations and regulations of the State Bank on credit granting and loan security.
- Support Business Units/ related Departments at HO in handling issues relating to credit appraisal.
- Be responsible for all the calculation methods, analysis results, financial ratios, credit assessments and recommendations in Credit Re-appraisal Reports.
- Ensure integrity and subjective in preparing Credit Re-Appraisal Reports.
- Other tasks assigned by the managers

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

- Male/Female with bachelor’s degree and above in Economics, Finance, Banking, .....
- Good knowledge of economics, finance, banking, securities, real estate, investment, …
- Comprehensive in internal policies and regulations as well as regulations of the SBV on credit activities, collaterals and other related regulations.
- Skills of financial analysis and time management, communication and presentation.
- Good at teamwork skill, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience: At least 03 years of experience in related areas.
- English: equivalent TOEIC 700 upwards, meeting requirements of works.
