Job descriptions

    1.1. Implement salary, bonus, and welfare policies

    • Participate in developing and monitoring the annual budget for employee costs.
    • Calculate salary, bonus, social insurance (SI) and allowances and welfare policies to ensure compliance with IVB regulations.
    • Guide and implement Personal Income Tax (PIT) declaration, PIT settlement, SI and related SI policies.
    • Guide and implement health insurance policies for employees.
    • Report on annual salary and bonus expenses of employees.
    • Manage and monitor attendance, leave, overtime, etc. on the system.
    • Confirm income for employees as requested.
    • Settle termination policies for employees.
    • Consult and guide complaints and questions related to human resources work: salary, bonus, income, welfare regime.

    1.2. Perform labor relations operations

    • Update policies and regulations related to human resources work of the HRMD.
    • Coordinate with related units to implement approved policies/ benefits.
    • Be responsibility for performing human resources management tasks: signing/ renewing/ terminating labor contracts, transferring, appointing, rewarding; handling labor discipline in compliance with IVB regulations and labor laws.
    • Update human resources information, manage human resources software as assigned.
    • Manage and monitor timekeeping, leave, overtime, etc. on the system.
    • Perform periodic reporting on labor usage.
    • Monitor the implementation of procedures related to foreign workers.
    • Advise and guide complaints and questions related to human resources work

         1.3 Other tasks

    • Receive feedback from units and propose solutions/ improvements to meet the requirements of quality & efficiency of work at IVB.
    • Periodically/ ad-hoc report on work as required.
    • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Leaders of Department/ Board of Division Directors/ Competent authority levels

    Job requirements

    1. Knowledge, professional experience
    • Bachelor’s degree upwards in Economics, Human Resource Management, Law, Finance, Banking, ... or related majors.
    • Legal knowledge related to banking activities.
    • Knowledge of social insurance, personal income tax, labor relations.
    • Experience at credit institutions is preferred.
    1. Skills
    • Communication, expression, presentation skills.
    • Basic problem-solving and decision-making skills
    1. Other requirements
    • English: TOEIC 500 upwards or equivalent.
    • Match with the regulatory criteria for prevention of money laundering, terrorist financing, and financing of proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.
