1. Key Responsibilities

· System Research & Development: Research, design, and program complex digital banking applications, focusing on high-performance Java (Spring Boot) and Oracle (Database, Apex) environments.

· Project Leadership: Act as a technical lead and coordinator for major projects; align requirements between business units, IT teams, and external partners (Napas, e-wallets, Tax/Customs Authorities).

· Core Banking Integration: Develop and maintain integrations with Core Flexcube or equivalent systems to ensure seamless banking operations.

· Quality & Standards: Establish and monitor guidelines for source code management, software development life cycle (SDLC), and system testing (UAT).

· Strategic Planning: Propose innovative technology solutions (API, Open Banking, QR Code) to enhance operational efficiency and information security.

· Reporting: Develop periodic work plans and reports based on assigned KPIs.

2. Job Requirements

· Experience:

o At least 7 years of professional experience in software programming.

o Minimum of 2 years working within financial institutions or the banking sector.

o Proven experience in project coordination and management or solution architecture.

· Technical Skills:

o Mastery of Java (Spring Boot) and Oracle (Database, Apex).

o Deep understanding of system integration: API, REST, SOAP, OpenAPI, and OAuth2.

o Experience with Core Flexcube or equivalent core banking systems is a significant advantage.

o Familiarity with transaction flows of payment gateways (Napas 247, VietQR), QR Codes, and e-wallets, strong grasp of banking business processes and digital banking.

· Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT or related fields.

· Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills.

· English: TOEIC 500+ or equivalent.
