PR & Branding Officer, Head Office

As a PR & Branding Officer, you will work alongside the PR & Branding team to strengthen and expand IVB’s brand presence to value customers. With your expertise, you will develop impactful PR & Branding campaigns aimed at increasing the loyalty and stickiness with IVB through different channels and tools.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Execute comprehensive PR & Branding plans: manage 360 degrees campaign launch including initiatives of PR/Media, Advertising, Event, Digital, Internal Communication, Employer Branding…which have to be in line with IVB’s KPIs & timeline within assigned budgets.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders:

- Work closely Business or HR teams…to understand needs and develop tailored branding and communication solutions.

- Play as an internal key contact point to update, share and engage different teams.

- Agency/ Vendor management.

- Budget tracking.

- Prepare and deliver periodic reports as required.

  • Stay ahead of the curve: identify emerging marketing/ branding trends and opportunities for innovation.

  • Manage A to Z campaign execution: support to develop and execute end-to-end branding campaign plans, ensuring smooth implementation and the best possible impact, recommend adjustments if needed.

  • Content creation: support to create content, artwork/ banner/ video for all platforms, including articles, social media posts, newsletters & videos.

  • Embrace new challenges: be prepared to take on other exciting PR & Branding projects and campaigns as assigned by Head/ Deputy Head of Department or Director of Division. Explore further possibilities to enhance the brand’s visibility through various channels.

  • Other tasks as assigned by the Head/ Deputy Head of Department or Director of Division

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  1. Knowledge:
  • Knowledge of Banking & Finance is a plus.
  1. Experience:
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a branding role who demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Experienced of implementing plans & strong execution.
  1. Skills/Competencies:
  • A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a desire to grow and take ownership.
  • Good at creative, brainstorming.
  • Creativity and strong storytelling, design skills.
  • Have problem-solving mindset and CAN-DO attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • A big plus if you are a responsive, agile, detail-oriented, well-organized & teamwork player.
  • Strong commitment.
  • FLUENT in spoken & written English
