Tasks:
- Participate in developing the procedures, policies, and products directly related to Financial Institution Section’s operations.
- Implement the business operations in accordance with the strategic programs and objectives defined by IVB from time to time.
- Receive and process requests from both domestic and international financial institutions (FIs); coordinate directly with credit institutions (CIs) and relevant financial organizations regarding the application for transaction limits for IVB; maintain and expand the transaction limits granted to IVB by these institutions.
- Establish, maintain, and develop RMA (Relationship Management Application) relationships with domestic and international FIs; establish non-credit relationships with FIs and government organizations; assess and advise to Leaders of Department/Division regarding to the establishment, maintenance, development, or termination of partnerships with FIs.
- Propose and manage interbank limits (including deposit limits, receiving deposit, interbank lending and borrowing limits, trading/ investment limits for value papers, …) for CIs, in accordance with IVB's regulations and strategic orientation from time to time.
- Provide requested information to credit institution partners regarding IVB’s operations (financial statements, legal updates, and business performance data, …)
- Perform evaluation, open new nostro accounts, and manage the related account documentation for IVB at both domestic and international FIs.
- Maximize the business potential of FI clients by promoting cross-selling of products between IVB and both existing and prospective partner FIs, to optimize revenue and increase IVB’s liquidity provision limits.
- Implement business activities of trade finance products such as domestic UPAS LCs, trade loans, etc. with other CIs.
- Support to business units on tasks and operations arising from trade finance, FI relationships, …
- Collect feedback from clients and propose solutions or improvements to enhance service quality, as well as strengthen IVB's position and brand presence in the interbank market.
- Comply with legal regulations, IVB's internal policies, and professional/ industry ethics
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Economics, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or other related disciplines
- Knowledge of laws related to banking operations, regulations governing monetary business activities in the domestic and international banking market.
- Knowledge of the interbank money market, financial analysis, trade finance/international payment, and domestic and global financial markets.
- Work experience in interbank market, financial institution client relations, international payments, and trade finance is an advantage.
- Foreign language: TOEIC 500 upwards or equivalent.
- Good digital skills, proficiency in fintech tools, and strong data analysis skills.
- Strong teamwork spirit, professional sale skills, problem – solving and self – development skills.
