Head of PR & Branding Development Department

Job description:

As Head of PR & Branding Management Department, you will manage and monitor operations of the Dept for reaching the assigned plan in accordance with IVB 's strategies in each period.

1. Public Relation & Branding management and development

- Periodically develop plans and manage budget for IVB's communications & brand development activities.

- Propose ideas, solutions, and appropriate marketing activities.

- Responsible for creating content and images for materials of brand promotion.

- Guide and support BUs to implement programs and events to promote the brand.

- Propose to participate in nationwide and global award ceremonies.

- Develop and implement IVB's charity activities and community sponsorship activities.

- Manage and advise on IVB's announcements and statements.

- Develop and manage IVB's brand identity and other documents for brand promotion, based on coordination with related units, ensure consistent items/ documents in the whole system.

- Coordinate and communicate, organize and implement internal activities to connect all IVB employees.

2. Social media crisis

- Monitor contents of press channels and television programs to consult and propose solutions, resolve wrong information causing negative affects to IVB.

- Work with lawyers, the authorities and other media partners to build communication messages and implement other necessary work during the crisis period.

3. Develop Employer Branding

- Propose and develop the recruitment pages on a number of recruitment channels/combinations closely associated with IVB's culture and policies.

- Participate in workshops, community events, award ceremonies, press launches,... to promote the recruitment brand.

Job requirements:

1. Knowledge, work experience

- University degree or higher, major in Marketing, Business Administration or Foreign Trade

- Minimum 07 years of marketing experience and at least 03 years experience in equivalent management position

- Marketing knowledge, especially Digital Marketing and Banking

2. Skills

- Training skills, staff training and evaluation.

- Effective using of the communication media.

- Negotiation and crisis management skills.

- Communication and presentation skills.

- English proficiency: 700 TOEIC scores, preferred English fluency.
