NOTICE ON UPDATE OF ADDRESSES OF IVB BRANCHES & TRANSACTION OFFICES FOLLOWING NEW ADMINISTRATIVE BOUNDARIES
- Based on the License for operation of Joint-Venture Bank No.101/GP-NHNN issued by the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) on 11 Nov 2019;
- Based on the current Charter of Indovina Bank Ltd. (IVB) dated 22 Nov 2022;
- Based on the Circular No.32/2024/TT-NHNN dated 30 Jun, 2024 of SBV regulating the operation network of commercial banks, and amendments, supplements;
- Based on the Resolutions passed by the Standing Committee of the 15th National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam date Jun 16, 2025 on restructuring administrative units of cities and provinces;
- Based on the Proposal dated 30 June 2025 of Human Resources Management Division on updating the addresses of IVB Network Units due to the restructuring administrative units and the formulation of 2-level local government approved by BOEs.
