• Payment due date (“Due Date”): 13 February 2026

Please kindly note the following:

• Kindly ensure that payment is made no later than the Due Date stated on the Statement.
• If you have registered for auto-debit payment via your IVB current account, please ensure that the designated account maintains a sufficient balance on the Due Date, at least equal to the payable amount shown on the Statement, in accordance with your registered payment option (full payment or minimum payment).
• Please disregard this notice if the Statement shows a credit balance (i.e., the “Statement Balance” is negative, for example: –1,000,000 VND) or zero.
