· Software Development: Conduct analysis, design, programming, and system testing for banking applications.
· Multi-platform Development: Develop and maintain APIs, Web Applications, and Mobile Application systems to ensure high performance and security.
· System Integration: Integrate applications with various channels including Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, SMS Banking, and physical service counters.
· UAT & Deployment: Fix and adjust application errors during UATs. Regularly monitor the UAT environment and formally transfer source code for production deployment upon acceptance.
· Technical Focal Point: Act as a technical contact in project implementation with online banking service providers and related stakeholders.
· Compliance: Implement tasks to ensure quality standards and follow regulations on source code management and software development.

· Experience:
o At least 4 years of professional programming experience.
o Minimum 1 year of experience working in financial institutions or the banking sector.
· Technical Skills:
o Deep understanding of programming languages and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), especially Java (Spring Boot) and Oracle (Database, Apex).
o Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in developing APIs, Web Applications, and Mobile Applications.
o Knowledge of system integration via API, REST standards, SOAP, OpenAPI, and OAuth2.
· Preferred Qualifications:
o Knowledge of Core Banking systems and banking business operations is a strong advantage.
o Solution Architecture: Proven experience in designing application architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and security for banking systems.
o Project Management: Strong expertise in project management and task tracking, with proficiency in tools like Redmine, Jira, or Microsoft Project.
o Workflow Management: Ability to manage project timelines, resource allocation, and ensure milestones are met within the SDLC.
o Familiarity with transaction flows of payment gateways, QR Codes, and e-wallets.
· Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT or related majors.
· English: TOEIC 500+ or equivalent.
· Soft Skills: Good communication, problem-solving, and work-planning skills.
