On August 7, 2026, Indovina Bank Ltd. (IVB) successfully organized the “Shaping IVB’s Future Together” program, bringing together mid-and senior-level leaders from the Head Office (HO) and Branches.

The event marked an important step forward in IVB’s management mindset and strategic direction. Beyond reviewing past performance, it provided a platform to exchange insights on sustainable growth and align on concrete action plans.

During the meeting, the BOE outlined key strategic directions focused on enhancing organizational agility, streamlining the organizational structure and optimizing operational processes. IVB also reaffirmed its strategic focus on niche markets, product innovation and accelerated digital transformation. The Board emphasized close coordination between the Head Office (HO) and Units to ensure the smooth implementation of system-wide organizational changes.

Managers received updates on the business environment, sector outlooks and systematic risk assessment frameworks to enhance the quality and consistency of decision-making. The training also provided practical guidance on corporate client development, covering needs analysis, business opportunity identification, relationship management and the conversion of client insights into concrete action plans, supporting safe and sustainable growth.
