JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Due to supplement personnel for Asset & Liability Management Section - Planning and Balance Sheet Management Department Indovina Bank has a demand to find potential candidates for Officer with details as follows:
Tasks:
Perform tasks to ensure quality standards and the fulfillment of tasks and business targets assigned by competent authority levels.
Perform professional tasks in Asset-Liability Management (ALM)
1.1. ALM Policy Development: Participate in drafting, submitting to competent authority levels for approval, implementing, training, and monitoring the operation of IVB’s ALM policies.
1.2. Interest rate risk and exchange rate risk management
• Implement the management of interest rate risk, banking book interest rate risk, and exchange rate risk for the entire IVB system.
• Develop detailed contents for interest rate risk, banking book interest rate risk, and exchange rate risk management in line with IVB’s risk management work and regulations in each period.
• Monitor fluctuations in interest rates and market exchange rates.
• Determine interest rate adjustments for all bank products according to market conditions and business stages.
• Conduct interest rate sensitivity analysis to quantify the impact on the Bank’s Net Interest Income (NII) and Net Interest Margin (NIM).
1.3. Liquidity Management (related to ALM)
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly liquidity balance reports.
• Forecast monthly, quarterly, annually cash flows, develop scenarios, and propose appropriate solutions.
• Perform liquidity risk sensitivity analysis.
• Monitor overall market liquidity.
• Execute approved liquidity treatment plans; propose measures to ensure liquidity safety and optimize efficiency for IVB.
1.4. Perform supporting tasks for the Asset-Liability Council (ALCO) and the Capital Management Council as assigned.
1.5. Analyze and process ALM operations
• Conduct customer behavior analysis related to assets and liabilities.
• Handle ALM-related issues when flagged by the Risk Management Department.
• Participate in topics and projects related to the functions and duties of the Department under the direction of the Leaders of Department.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Male/Female with bachelor’s degree and above in major of Laws or equivalent majors…
• Having expert knowledge of law regulations in general and regulations in finance-banking field in particular.
• Good at skills of communication, presentation, negotiation, time management, problem solving and decision making
• Experience: At least 02 years working experience in legal section of bank or the legal field.
