• To stop  applying the policy of waiving fee of Napas instant fund transfer 24/7 service of Program Happy Birthday IVB - 33 years - Sustainable journey (effective from 21/11/2023).
• To apply Napas instant fund transfer 24/7 service fee based on income contributed from banking services (T.O.I)* such as deposits, loans, card transactions,...as follows:

*: T.O.I of each customer is calculated and recorded periodically by IVB system based on transaction data and products, services that customers use at IVB.

1. Applicable time: From 01/12/2025 until further notice.
2. Applicable customers: All individual customers, except customers who have registered for other preferential fee packages or have been in IVB’s promotion programs
