INDOVINA BANK LTD. NOTICE ON E-INVOICE INQUIRY AND NOTIFICATION

Dear Valued Customer,

 

Indovina Bank Ltd. (IVB) is pleased to inform you of the following:

Starting from June 1, 2025, IVB will continue to support customers in inquiring electronic invoices (including any adjusted or replacement invoices, if applicable) via IVB’s website. In addition, invoice issuance notifications will be sent via email to customers who have provided their email addresses.

1. For customers who have provided an email address:

  • As soon as an e-invoice or an adjusted/replacement invoice is issued, you will receive an automatic notification via email.

  • You may also view and download the invoice here.

2. For customers who have not provided an email address, including:

  • Customers with a CIF at IVB but who have not registered an email address

  • Walk-in customers (who do not have a CIF or do not maintain an account at IVB)

You may still proactively inquire about your e-invoice through one of the following channels:

  • IVB website

  • The nearest IVB branch/transaction office

  • Customer Service Hotline: 1900 588 879

Please kindly provide the required information as requested by IVB to obtain the correct invoice corresponding to your transaction.
