IVB OFFICIALLY LAUNCHES THE FEATURE OF OPENING AN ONLINE ACCOUNT BY ELECTRONIC IDENTIFICATION (eKYC)

To improve service quality and enhance customers experience, Indovina Bank Limited (IVB) has officially launched the service of opening online payment account on Mobile Banking by electronic identification with many outstanding conveniences. 

1. Service users:  Individual customers who have never opened a payment account at IVB

Conditions for using the service: To open IVB payment account through electronic identification, customers need to satisfy the following conditions:

• Customers are Vietnamese nationality;
• Have no account & credit relationship at IVB;
• Identity card in accordance with general provisions of law; ID card is clear, not blurred or corners cut;
• Active phone number must be in used to register for account opening; and
• Customer is 18-year-old or older and have full civil act capacity.

2. Utilities:

Immediately open a payment account at IVB via IVB Mobile Banking application without going to the counter.

Customer can perform banking transactions on IVB Mobile Banking after only 2 minutes.

3. Steps to have an online payment account:

With only 04 simple steps, customers can successfully register for the service according to the instructions below:

Step 1: Customers download IVB Mobile Banking on App Store (for IOS) or CHPlay (for Android) and select Open Account

Step 2: Select Register IVB account and enter the phone number

Step 3: Take a photo of the ID and verify your face 

Step 4: Enter additional information, successfully open an online account to use
