Compliance Officer

  • Task:
  • Periodically review internal documents to ensure the compliance and consistence with prevail legal regulations and other internal regulations of IVB.
  • Make impact assessment report of new legal regulations to report to BOE, suggest amendment and supplement if any.
  • Support the related departments in internal policy creation and review, ensuring compliance with prevail legal regulations.
  • Advise Units on compliance issues related to foreign exchange activities, international payments, credit, risk management and/or other issues as assigned by the competent authority.
  • Make compliance reports periodically or on request of BOEs.
  • Participate to develop internal regulations, to deploy law/legal regulations related to personal data protection applying for IVB in accordance with current regulations as assigned.
  • Participate to develop and deploy tools/measure to monitor and control the compliance with personal data protection and propose the method, solution for incurred violations as assigned. 
  • Give advices relating to personal data protection for IVB Units.
  • Support, coordinate with IVB Units during the implementation of Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP and Regulation on personal data protection at IVB.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Department Head/Deputy Head/Section Head.
  • Job requirements:
  • Male/Female with bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Laws or equivalent majors…
  • Having expert knowledge of operation and legal regulations relating to banking sector (credit, cashier, international payment, money laundering & compliance, risk, etc...)
  • Having good knowledge of SBV regulations.
  • Good at skills of communication, presentation, time management problem solving and decision making
  • Honestly and reliability
  • Experience: At least 01 year-experience related to this position

  • Working time: From Monday to Friday (5 working days/ week). Recording working time by Fingerprint is required (excepted for business trip)
