Chuyên viên/Chuyên viên Chính - Phòng Thanh toán trong nước


1.   Planning tasks

-     Planing the personal work schedule: weekly/ monhtly/ quarterly/ yearly in accordance with the assigned duties and KPIs.

-     To report self-KPIs performance to direct manager level.

2.   Performing key tasks

-     On the Payment Systems (Citad,VCB Money and the other channel payments (if any)), perform the following tasks:

  • Tranfer to Branches/Departments pending incoming messages/query messages ;  
  • Process the Query/Refund messages;
    • Coordinate with IT to guide branches/departments to smoothly manipulate domestic payment transactions on Core system;
    • Coordinate with IT to timely correct errors/mistakes occurring during  operation;
    • Take part in implementation of developing/connecting with new domestic payment system (if any);
    • To record errors/technical mistakes during operation of  domestic payment systems and report to direct manager for timely adjustment.

-    Archive documents as regulation.

Review, update domestic payment services/products and propose /coordinate to upgrate the system.

-   Coordinate with related units/departments to build/design domestic payment services/products

-  Draft the usage guidelines on system operating and operational tools for domestic payment products/ services.

-   Train and guide the usage guidelines to units/branches in the whole IVB system.

-    Other tasks relating to system operational management of domestic payment .

3.   Other

-     To support branches on domestic payment operation and to collect their opinions/ feedbacks .

-     To suggest solutions/ innovations relevant to domestic payment activites at IVB

-     To perfom other tasks as assigned by Department/Division Leaders .


1.   Knowledge, work experience

-     College Degree upwards such as: Economics University, Banking University, Financial & Banking University...

-     Having good knowledge/experience in domestic payment operation in banking field.

2.   Skills

-     Negotiation skill

-     Communication and presentation skill

-     English: Toeic from 600 scores upwards or equivalent. (English fluency is an advantage)
