1. Program period: 02 Nov 2020 to end 27 Dec 2020.

2. Service: IVB Mobile Banking application and utilities.

3. Contents of the Program: There are 3 type of rewards:

+ For Acceleration Reward: Direct cashback in customer’s account within 10 working days from the last day of week for the first 100 existing customers every week who have successful  payment transaction (including billing payment/ QR Payment with offline mode/ Vnshop payment/ flight ticket payment/ movie ticket payment) on IVB Mobile Banking (required minimum transaction of 50,000 VND).

+ For Loyalty Reward: Reward 3,000,000 VND in customer’s account within 30 days from the last valid day of this promotion for 5 customers who have the largest amount of successful payment transactions (including billing payment/ QR Payment with offline mode/ Vnshop payment/ flight ticket payment/ movie ticket payment) on IVB Mobile Banking.

+ For Welcome Reward: Direct cashback of 50,000 VND in customer’s account within 30 working day from the last valid day of this program for first 700 new registered customers, with successful activation and having a successful Top up payment transaction via IVB Mobile Banking.

Other conditions:

- Existing customers are defined as who are using IVB Mobile Banking application during the valid period of the program.

- New registered customers are defined as who have registered for the first time & successfully activated IVB Mobile Banking application during the valid period of the program.

- Payment transaction is considered successful when the payment account of customer is debited.

- 01 customer (based on CIF) will be cashback only 1 time in each type of promotion during the promotion period.

- Customers have to maintain and use IVB Mobile Banking service at the time of summarization for the results. In case the customers, who is considered for any reward, requests and stops using IVB Mobile Banking before the time of summarization for the results, the reward will be given to the next eligible customer to receive the reward.

- For Acceleration Reward, each week starts from 00:00:00 Monday and ends at 23:59:59 Sunday. If the number of customers receiving the Acceleration per week is not enough 100 customers, residue will accumulate in the following week until the end of the program.

- Loyalty reward, for customer with largest amount of transactions, does not apply to employee of IVB. The minimum total transaction amount of customer winning the Loyalty reward is 6,000,000 VND.
