On the occasion of the Vietnamese Disabled Persons Day (18/4), IVB proudly co-operated with the "One Heart - One World" fifteenth 2018 Charity event. This charity event was held by the Vietnamese Association for the Handicapped and Orphans and the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs in April 16 at Hanoi.

This is an annual program to commend and honor those with disabilities, who not only afford their life, but also create jobs for other people. This charity event is also an appreciated opportunity for the compassionate hearts from organizations and individuals, who have accompanied the activities of the Association for the Protection of Disabled Persons and Orphans, helping people with disabilities, orphans to improve the quality of life; contributing to the guarantee of human rights.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Chairman of the Association for the Handicapped and Orphaned Children of Viet Nam, Luong Phan Cu shared: "Throughout the country, there are still many people with disabilities, poor orphans need society’s help to overcome difficulties. Therefore, this event aims to call society hand in hand to help the unfortunate fate, providing more conditions to develop themselves, integrate into the community”.

One Heart - One World

Attending the event, the audiences had watched the reporters, listened to the sharing from the disabled and strong entrepreneur: Vo Van Son (hunchback, scoliosis) - Director Duc Son general trade service company (Bo Trach district, Quang Binh province); Mr. Tran Kim Viet (left foot inferior) - Director of Viet Nam Incense Incorporated, Ha Tinh), Hoang Xuan Hanh (blind) - Director of Hoang Kim Center, Hanoi. Every story was shared in helping to inspire disabled people, orphans go beyond the circumstances, raising internal resources to work and develop themselves.
