Banking Association intend to propose to the central bank the ceiling rate at 14% / year for small banks, large banks can also drag down 13.5% / year to balance the cash flow.
On 10/12, under the chairmanship of the Banking Association, banks and 25 finance companies have signed pledges not exceed the ceiling rate 14% and 6% stipulated in Circular 30 of the State Bank Vietnam (SBV).
