| SIGNING CONTRACT WITH VIETINBANK |

On 12th March 2010, Indovina Bank (IVB) together with Vietinbank have signed a contract for development the service of Western Union. Taking part in the signing ceremony in Head Office of Vietinbank, Ha Noi; Vietinbank side are including Mr. Pham Huy Hung – Chairman of the Board of Director, Mr. Pham Xuan Lap – General Director and the executives; IVB side are Mr. Jan Yei Fong – General Director, Mr. Le Van Phu – Deputy General Director; moreover the representatives from departments in Head Office and Branch managers of the two banks also attended in the ceremony. During the recent years, IVB and Vietinbank have collaborated in many fields such as treasury, syndicated loans, … and continuing is this service of Western Union. This agreement will bring more opportunities to IVB and Vietinbank for corporation in many other banking fields in time to come.
