Interest: non-term interest rate (periodically regulated by IVB).

Type of currency: foreign currencies (USD, EUR, AUD, GBP, CHF…).

Minimum monthly average balance: USD 10.00

Transaction documents: Deposit slip, Withdrawal slip, Transfer application form, Cheque…

Account utilisations:

- Cash deposit (for USD and EUR only): to non-resident customers, the origin of USD ans EUR deposits in cash has to be certificated by salary, bonus or customers declaration.

- Withdrawal (for USD and EUR only): customers can withdraw by yourself or can delegate someone to do so.

- Incoming remittance from overseas:

+ For USD and EUR: customer can receive cash in these currencies.

+ For other foreign currencies: customers can exchange these currencies into VND or USD.

• - Outgoing remittance: it required to verify the purpose of utilisation in accordance with SBV regulation on foreign currencies management periodically.

After handling all required documents, customer get your own Account card and can come to counter for deposit.
