INTERNET BANKING AUTHENTICATED BY DIGITAL SIGNATURES

Internet Banking service is a service which provide a facility to make payments, update account information and monitor account transactions online, at anytime and anywhere through a single Internet connection.
1/. Utility Traditional services - Search, update and monitor all transactions in deposit accounts, loan accounts, bill, collections, ... - View exchange rates, interest rates, and charge tariffs. Advance services Make payment for bills (electricity bill, water supply bill, telephone bill, ...) - Make payment to accounts at IVB or with other banks - Make payment to beneficiaries who receive funds by cash over counters against presentation of ID or passport. - Tax declaration and payments.
2/. Authenticating method and payment limits
Note: OTP: One time password (used only once) Digital Signature: payment information is packed with the authenticated data of information owner. Digital Signature is stored in a device called Token provided by a legitimate Digital Signature Issuing Companies. Above payment limits is only applied at the first phase of the service. In the future, payment amounts will not be limited.
3/. Condition - Customers who have Demand Deposit accounts with IVB - Customers who have registered using the service with IVB
4/. Registering the service In order to use IVB Internet Banking Service, please come to your nearest IVB branch / transaction office and let our staff guide you through all the procedures. Step 1: Open a demand deposit account (in case you are a new customer and have not an account with IVB). Step 2: Register using Internet Banking Service. After registering the service, you will be guided accordingly.
5/. Instructions for using After registering the service, please sign-in with provided username and password at https://ebanking.indovinabank.com.vn to view IVB Internet Banking Manual and begin making payments.
