Step 1: Register
Register using the service at IVB counters
Step 2: Receive and install Digital Signature
Receive your Digital Signature (including a CA Token Device and Certificate of Digital Signature) from CA service provider and follow installation guide provided in the Token container to install the device.
Step 3: Log-in
Go to web address https://ebanking.indovinabank.com.vn and log-in Internet Banking service using username and password provided by IVB.

Step 4: Activate your Digital Signature and make a transfer
4.1 Activate your Digital Signature
Plug-in your CA Token Device, select ‘Online transactions’ and ‘Money transfer’ from the menus.

A pop-up screen will appear and show-up Digital signatures that have not activated. Select ‘Activate’ and key-in the default password of the Token CA device. This step is done once only.

4.2 Make a transfer.
After selecting ‘Online transactions’ and then ‘Make a transfer’ from the menus, you can now prepare a payment order.
4.2.1 You can prepare your payment with two options:
- Make a fresh new payment order by selecting ‘By Manual’.
- Make a new payment order from a saved template by selecting ‘By Templates’.

4.2.2 In case you choose to make a fresh new payment order, you need to specify whether the beneficiary banks with IVB or with another bank.

Then specify whether the payment is by cash over counter for non-account beneficiary (ID or passport should be provided) or by crediting beneficiary’s account.

Note: For payments created from saved templates, there is no need to re-input beneficiary name, beneficiary account, beneficiary bank which have been registered with IVB.
4.2.3 Then input transfer amount, payment details, beneficiary bank, beneficiary name, account number or ID number, passport number of the beneficiary.

Choose either payment charge types: for beneficiary’s account or for remitter’s account.
4.2.4 Save the payment order / Authenticate the payment
After completing the preparation of the payment, you will decide to save the payment order or authenticate it by:
Save the payment order:
Select ‘Save’, the payment order will be saved in ‘Pending Transactions’ queue.
Authenticate the payment order:
- Select ‘Continue’
- Plug-in CA Token Device.
- Key-in the device’s password.
The payment is now sucessfully submitted to IVB for processing.
Note: Payment orders that are saved or that require two authenticators will be moved to ‘Pending Transactions’ queue after sucessfully being saved or authenticated by first authenticator.

After that second authenticator will authenticate the payment by:
- Select ‘Pending Transactions’ from the menu
- Plug-in CA token device.
- Key-in password of the device of the second authenticator.

Step 5: Review payment status.
Select ‘View Transaction Results’ from the menu to view payment status.
